A fantastic day out for our Year 7 girls! 🎉
On Tuesday, Mrs Evans, Miss Edge, and Mr Brereton
took eight brilliant students to a Stoke City Foundation workshop and to watch the match against Charlton.
The girls started the day by creating amazing posters that showcased Stoke City, the local community, and Stoke-on-Trent united. Then, they absolutely smashed the football activities run by the Stoke City academy players! 🌟
Their hard work paid off big time! All the girls from Discovery won the chance to wave the flag before kick-off, and two lucky students even got to take penalties at half-time! 🥅
They cheered their hearts out and represented the academy brilliantly.
