✨ STUDENT SPOTLIGHT! ✨
We are bursting with pride this week for our incredibly talented Year 8 student, Poppy! 🩰🌟
Poppy is heading to the big stage this weekend, performing in Swan Lake with the prestigious English Youth Ballet at Palace Theatre & Opera House Manchester on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th June. 🎭🏰
This incredible opportunity is a long-held dream come true for Poppy, but it hasn't happened by chance. She has dedicated over 80 hours of intense training and rehearsals to prepare for this iconic production. ⏱️💪
Poppy is no stranger to the spotlight, having already wowed audiences last year performing in Matilda The Musical as well as previously dancing with the English Youth Ballet. What a superstar! 🎬🎭
This is a phenomenal achievement and a beautiful example of our students pursuing their passions, working hard, and brilliantly representing our academy community outside the classroom.

We all know and love the amazing Mrs Evans, who constantly goes above and beyond to support our students in their sporting endeavours. But now, it’s time to share her own phenomenal personal achievements! 🏃♀️💨
Since the start of this academic year, Mrs Evans has completed not just one, but SIX half marathons! 🏅
Talk about incredible commitment and dedication! She has smashed her way through:
